        產品描述

        番茄凝集素(Tomato lectin,Lycopersicon Esculentum Lectin(LEL)),是一種非常穩定的單亞基糖蛋白,約含有等量的蛋白質和碳水化合物。據報道其糖類部分由85%阿拉伯糖和15%半乳糖組成,在溶液中可能形成多聚體聚合物。番茄凝集素雖然和土豆凝集素、曼陀羅凝集素(DSL)和麥胚凝集素(WGA)有部分相同的特異性,但在許多多面呈現出獨特之處。番茄凝集素LEL能夠很好地與血型糖蛋白(glycophorin)和Tamm-Horsfall糖蛋白結合,能夠有效結合和標記嚙齒類動物的血管內皮(vascular endothelium)。


        本品為綠色熒光素標記的番茄凝集素(來源于Lycopersicon esculentum),Ex/Em=495/515nm,通過血管內灌注法或直接染色組織切片能快速且有效的檢測和可視化嚙齒類動物的血管和小膠質細胞。
